I was wondering if you offered a Non-Disclosure Agreement template?

    • Abbey Ashley on May 6, 2020 at 6:24 pm

Hey, Dawn! Unfortunately we do not. Sorry about that!

I wonder if this advice would be helpful for a Canadian VA working with U.S. clients?

    • Abbey Ashley on July 10, 2020 at 2:00 pm

Hey, Lisa! We ALWAYS recommend a contract. Your contract will need to cover you in your country. For example, the contracts we have in the SavvySystem were created by attorneys licensed in the US and they are based on US law. While we do have several people who have used our contracts that do not live in the US, we recommend speaking with an attorney in the country where your business is based before using the templates to ensure that your rights are protected for YOU and YOUR business. I hope that helps!
