I guess they’ve changed the layout of pixlr.com. I cannot rasterize or even find a wand tool. Disappointed!

im having the same issue as lisa… i did find the rasterize tool but can not for the freaking life of me figure out how to add the layer mask! google is no help at all all of the tutorials are from like 2015. help!
