How quickly can you get me a freelancer?

There are many variables in this process. The first few steps depend on how quickly you can get us the information we will need. This involves you filling out a very detailed questionnaire on what you are looking for. If you need help, we provide our Hiring Systems that Scale toolkit as a resource to help you figure things out. Once that is complete we require at least 2 days to review that questionnaire and formulate a plan and job proposal. Our 1:1 consultation is then scheduled. We will need up to two weeks to find and vet a freelancer and return the results to you.

What if I don't know who to hire first?

The Hiring Systems That Scale that is included helps you through that. Also, the intake form helps us see who you need.

Do you have any standard wage rates?

We only work with business owners who use US fair standard rates when hiring their contractors. If you are looking to hire a $5 dollar freelancer, this is not the right place for you. We are all about building relationships and having mutually beneficial exchanges.
